The New Life class

Each Sunday from 11.30-12.30 we hold a class covering a variety of Bible topics. All who attend are invited to stay to share lunch with us. God willing the topics for the next two months will be:

March 7: No class
March 14: Being Christian when it isn't cool
March 21: Wealth, money and the prayer of Jabez
March 28: What is grace?
April 4: Why the empty cross?
April 11: Do we need to appease an angry God?
April 18: Just what did happen in the garden of Eden?
April 25: Mankind always sins – why didn't Jesus?

Did you know?

Horns from animals, such as rams, had a variety of uses in Bible times. The priests blew their horns when marching around the city of Jericho with Joshua as their leader. When a prophet, priest or king was being chosen, a ram's horn was filled with olive oil and poured on the head of the person to show this.

In the newspaper!

Have you seen our advertisements and press releases in the Star newspaper recently? Watch for more in coming weeks. Each one highlights a different aspect of this centre.

Bible Sudoku

  1. Firstly you will need to write in your 'starter' numbers. This is done by using the clues below, and the A-I and 1-9 co-ordinates on the top and side of the grid. F5 has been done for you already.
  2. Once the starter numbers are in place, complete the Sudoku puzzle as usual.

The Sudoku puzzles are available in the PDF version of this newsletter.
